Purchasing goods
We help order goods from an overseas seller for yourself, a shop or a company. We agree the purchase and arrange payment.
Supplier invoice payment
We help arrange payment to a supplier as part of a purchase or another agreed service. For a purchase, arranging payment is already included in the OZTA fee; there is no second percentage for the same invoice.
Product and cargo delivery
We select transport for your purchase or cargo. The price depends on the route, weight, dimensions and packaging.
Customs and documents
We help determine which documents are needed to import the goods and agree the work of a specialist contractor.
Supplier sourcing
If you do not have a seller yet, we will find candidates for your product and compare available offers, minimum orders and terms.
Certification
We organise the preparation of required documents with a specialist contractor. The scope depends on the product and the country where it will be used or sold.
What makes up the cost of a purchase
For a standard purchase on the client's behalf, we calculate the fee only from the goods price. Delivery and other costs are shown separately before payment.

How we calculate the fee
Minimum OZTA purchasing fee: $20The rate applies to the full goods price. The minimum OZTA purchasing fee is $20. For example: goods at $50 + fee of $20 = $70. Delivery, import costs, insurance and bank costs are extra.

How do I get started?

What services does OZTA provide?
We help with supplier sourcing, purchasing, supplier payments, delivery and organising customs clearance or certification. The offer lists the scope, contractors, documents and costs for your task.
Can you deliver the purchase to my city?
Tell us the destination country and city, where the purchase should be collected and what the product is. We will use this information to check the available route and price. A country being listed in the catalogue does not by itself confirm that a specific product can be delivered there.
What makes up the final price?
The total depends on the service you choose. For a standard purchase, the OZTA fee is 10–6% of the goods price, with a minimum purchasing fee of $20. We show seller delivery, onward transport, import charges, insurance and bank costs separately where they apply. For services priced individually, we send an estimate before payment.
Do you work with individuals?
Yes. You can contact us to buy an item for yourself, a gift or a small batch; you do not need to register a company for the first enquiry. The seller sets the minimum quantity. We confirm whether the purchase is possible, the OZTA fee and other costs before payment.
When will I know the completion or delivery time?
After reviewing your enquiry, we will tell you when the offer will be ready. The purchase or delivery time depends on the seller, availability, route and documents. We discuss it with you before starting work.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Before payment, we will tell you the available method, currency and amount. If conversion is required, we show the rate, its source and bank costs. Payment availability depends on the countries involved and the bank’s terms.
